Intelligent Machine Learning.
Process performance data is key input to Operational KPIs. It is often difficult to collect from old conventional machines or even highly automated machines.
With our IoT module, we first, connect into existing process sensors or controllers to extract the data needed. If there is no existing method to capture data we will complete a non-invasive retrofit of the machine or process with IoT sensors, filter the data through an intelligent gateway to WrxFlo for analysis and display.
This can be implemented in a matter of hours and deployed on phased basis, connecting directly to your Visual Management solution.
Digital Data Capture.
Many processes use paper forms to capture machine or production line performance, quality or inspection results. The data usually be entered into a database or excel for analysis.
We quickly replace this paper form with a digital form where the data is sent live for automated processing. This may be data entered related to equipment that has a PLC or IoT sensors fitted where both sets of data are analysed together
