Overview / Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead all revenue-generating functions across Manufacturing, Logistics, Partner channels, and New Logo acquisition. This individual will be responsible for designing, scaling, and executing our full commercial strategy. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling revenue in high-growth technology/SaaS environments and a proven “black book” of industry contacts. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full revenue strategy across Expand (existing accounts), Partner channels, and New Logo acquisition. 
  • Build, scale, and manage high-performing Sales, SDR, CSM, and Partner teams. 
  • Define revenue targets, forecasting frameworks, and operational excellence standards. 
  • Create and optimise scalable go-to-market processes for manufacturing and logistics verticals. 
  • Work directly with the CEO on commercial strategy, market positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis. 
  • Drive a data-led approach to revenue growth, pipeline management, and performance reporting. 
  • Represent WrxFlo at industry events, leveraging an established network (“black book”) to build partnerships and accelerate access to enterprise decision-makers. 
  • Ensure strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams. 

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, industrial tech, or enterprise technology. 
  • Proven experience scaling an early-stage or high-growth tech company. 
  • Deep understanding of sales processes in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial markets. 
  • Experience leading multi-function revenue teams (Sales, SDR, AE, CSM, Partnerships). 
  • Demonstrated success expanding existing accounts while driving new business acquisition. 
  • Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling capability, and board-level communication skills. 
  • A strong network of industry contacts (a genuine “black book”) relevant to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain technology.
