Due to continuing expansion, WrxFlo is looking for a driven and talented person to join our growing team
Role Purpose
Support customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realisation across manufacturing and logistics clients using WrxFlo’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation of WrxFlo solutions.
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance reporting, and value realisation sessions.
- Proactively drive product adoption and help customers embed WrxFlo into their daily operations.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with the Account Executive team.
- Work closely with the Project Manager on active deployments to ensure smooth delivery and transition to BAU.
Required Experience
- Customer success, account management, or operations experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong background or familiarity with manufacturing and/or logistics workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple customer stakeholders and priorities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS or industrial technology products.
- Experience in data-driven reporting and presenting value to senior stakeholders.
