Head of Sales (Player-Coach)

Focus: New Logo Acquisition, GTM Architecture, and Enterprise Scaling

The Mission

WrxFlo is at a critical “scale-up” inflection point. We have moved past the initial startup phase with a proven product-market fit and are now building the repeatable engine to reach our next 5x growth milestone. We are looking for a “builder” to lead our transition from founder-led sales to a professionalized, high-velocity enterprise sales organization.

In this role, you will be the primary “Player” for the first 12-18 months, personally hunting and closing new logos while simultaneously architecting the “Coach” playbook to scale the team across the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Core Responsibilities

  • Accelerate New Business: Personally own the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise deals with ACVs typically ranging from €75k to €250k.
  • Build the Outbound Engine: Create a repeatable system for pipeline generation, utilizing ABM, sequences, and event-driven plays to move beyond reliance on inbound leads.
  • Navigate Complex Ecosystems: Sell effectively to Operations and IT leaders in manufacturing and logistics, navigating technical integration discussions and ERP/MES stack realities
  • Operational Discipline: Implement rigorous qualification/disqualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC) to ensure the team focuses on high-margin, high-intent opportunities,
  • Scale the Organization: Design the hiring, onboarding, and coaching roadmap for Enterprise Account Executives to meet our aggressive multi-year growth targets.

The Profile We Need

  • The Scale-Up Pattern: You have a proven track record of scaling a vertical SaaS business from its early “near-zero” stages to its first major revenue plateaus (e.g., €10M+).
  • Hands-on Seller: You have carried and exceeded a personal quota in the last 3-5 years and thrive in the “zero-to-one” phase where you must create your own pipeline.
  • Domain Expertise: You have a deep understanding of manufacturing/logistics pain points and the technical complexity of replacing manual/Excel workflows.
  • Cultural Traits: You are high-output, low-ego, and enjoy the challenge of building a “revenue engine” from the ground up.
