Due to continuing expansion, WrxFlo is looking for a driven and talented person to join our growing team.
Role Purpose
Lead the implementation of manufacturing-focused software solutions across customer sites, ensuring smooth delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for manufacturing clients.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Coordinate with internal development teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans.
- Conduct on-site visits to manufacturing environments to oversee solution rollouts.
- Provide clear communication between clients, developers, and internal teams.
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Required Experience
- 3–5+ years project management experience.
- Strong background in manufacturing environments (must-have).
- Experience implementing operational or IT solutions within factories or industrial sites.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client manufacturing sites.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with SaaS or industrial technology solutions (training can be provided).
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
