Senior Customer Success Manager

Location: Based in our Limerick office when not visiting customer sites. This is not a remote role.

The Mission

At Wrxflo, we don’t just deploy software; we transform global supply chains and manufacturing floors into high-efficiency engines. As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you aren’t just a “point of contact”—you are a strategic partner. Your goal is to bridge the gap between software implementation and tangible, bottom-line financial impact.

You will be the face of Wrxflo, visiting clients face-to-face to ensure our solutions aren’t just running, but are actively generating measurable monetary value that can be captured and scaled.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Value Realisation: Conduct face-to-face deep dives with clients to ensure final project objectives are met. You are responsible for identifying, calculating, and capturing the monetary valuecreated by our solutions.

• Strategic Consulting: Leverage your background in Lean process methodology to optimise client workflows, ensuring the software is integrated into a culture of continuous improvement.

• Customer Ownership: You will work closely with our implementation and product teams, but you own customer outcomes post go-live, ensuring the transition from project to long-term value is seamless.

• Renewals & Account Health: Take full ownership of renewals and monitor account health across key customers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.

• C-Suite Influence & Relationship Building: Build multi-level relationships across client organisations. Communicate ROI and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership, translating technical milestones into business outcomes.

• Marketing Collaboration:Translate successful implementations into high-impact Case Studies. You will document the “before and after,” capturing data-driven success stories to fuel our marketing engine.

• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for horizontal and vertical expansion (upselling/cross-selling) within existing client accounts based on their evolving business needs.

 

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, and finance.

Must-Have Experience:

• Consulting Pedigree: A background in management or operations consulting, specifically within Manufacturing and Logistics environments.

• Lean Expertise: Deep understanding of Lean methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) and how to apply them to digital transformations.

• Software Implementation: Proven track record of overseeing the rollout of complex enterprise software solutions.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with everyone from the shop floor operator to the C-Suite.

 

Requirements:

• Travel & Mobility: Full clean driving license and a willingness to travel extensively (face-to-face) across Ireland and the UK.

• Right to Work: Must have the right to work in Ireland and travel freely within Ireland and the UK.

• Seniority: Ability to work autonomously and report directly to the CEO, providing strategic insights that shape company direction.

• On-site Presence: Must be based out of the Limerick office when not travelling to customer sites.
