Senior Sales Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive large enterprise sales across Ireland and the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and build a high-performing sales team while managing strategic accounts in the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Drive large deal negotiations and manage complex sales cycles with enterprise clients
  • Business Development: Leverage your established network and black book of contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor junior sales team members, with plans to upskill two new hires for lead generation and demonstration activities
  • Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and maintain ongoing client relationships
  • Market Expansion: Travel domestically and internationally for industry events, customer visits, and business development opportunities
  • Sales Management: Utilize CRM systems to track performance, manage pipeline, and achieve KPI targets

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in large enterprise sales, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain sectors
  • Industry Knowledge: Background with Blue Yonder or similar enterprise software solutions
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Gong sales intelligence platform and CRM systems
  • Sales Excellence: Sales President Club (Pclub) training or equivalent sales methodology certification
  • Network: Established contact base across Ireland and UK markets
  • KPI Focused: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Mobility: Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Leadership: Experience transitioning from individual contributor to people management
