Our history

Before WrxFlo, our team spent years running operations inside blue-chip multinationals, driving cost, quality and delivery improvements with lean tools and methodology. We got real gains — but the data that would have told us about a problem always seemed to arrive after the problem had already cost us. It lived in a dozen different systems, and pulling it together fast enough to act on it was the real bottleneck.

Built by people who've lived the problem

That experience is the reason WrxFlo exists. Founded in 2019, we set out to build the tool we needed ourselves: connected systems, real-time data, and the supply chain expertise to know what to do with it.

We've stayed close to that founding principle ever since — we don't build a feature until a customer needs it, and once we build it, we standardise it into the platform for everyone. That's still how WrxFlo evolves today, now with AI built into the core of the platform rather than added on top, helping teams move from raw data to action faster than ever.

Backing our next chapter

In 2026, we secured an additional €3 million in funding to accelerate our expansion into the UK and US, with plans to grow our team from 60 to 200 people by 2028. It's a vote of confidence in where we're headed and a reminder that we're just getting started.
