Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about who WrxFlo is, how our platform works, and how we help you orchestrate value across your operations.

What does WrxFlo do?

WrxFlo is a value orchestration platform that sits across your existing systems (such as ERP, MES, WMS, TMS and legacy tools) and connects them into a single operational layer that turns fragmented execution into measurable enterprise value. It does not replace your core systems; instead, it unifies and orchestrates them, bringing all your critical data and workflows together so you get real‑time visibility, intelligent decision‑making, and continuous performance improvement across your end‑to‑end operations.

Technical questions

1. Which programming languages and technologies does WrxFlo use?

WrxFlo is built using modern, widely adopted technologies such as Java, Microsoft SQL Server, Python, and leading web frameworks like React and Angular. This gives us flexibility to integrate with a wide range of enterprise systems and to scale securely as your business grows.

2. How does WrxFlo integrate with our existing ERP (for example SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)?

WrxFlo connects to your ERP via secure APIs or standard integration mechanisms supported by your system, such as REST APIs, OData, or database connectors. During the discovery phase, our technical team works with your IT stakeholders to select the best integration pattern for your architecture and security policies.

3. Can WrxFlo connect to very old or bespoke systems?

Yes. WrxFlo is designed to connect to both modern and legacy systems, including older ERPs and bespoke line‑of‑business applications. Where direct APIs are not available, we can use intermediate data layers, files, or database connections to reliably exchange data while maintaining data integrity and security.

4. Does WrxFlo only read data, or can it also write back into our systems?

WrxFlo can be configured to operate as read‑only, write‑back, or a combination of both, depending on your requirements and governance model. Any write‑back capabilities are designed and approved in collaboration with your IT team to ensure appropriate controls, auditability, and rollback options.

5. Is WrxFlo available in the cloud and on‑premise?

Yes. WrxFlo is typically deployed as a secure cloud solution, which most customers prefer for faster implementation and easier scaling. For organisations that require it, we can also provide an on‑premise or hybrid deployment to meet specific regulatory or infrastructure needs.

Integrations and architecture

6. How does WrxFlo integrate with our existing IT landscape?

WrxFlo connects to your existing systems (ERP, MES, WMS, TMS and other business applications) through secure APIs and connectors, creating a single source of truth across your operations. We design the integration so that your core systems remain the system of record, while WrxFlo provides real‑time visibility, analytics, and workflow automation on top.

7. Can you share examples of dashboards and architecture diagrams?

Yes. During the evaluation or design phase, we can share sample architecture diagrams and dashboard examples that are relevant to your use case. These are usually presented in workshops or demo sessions so we can walk through the design, explain data flows, and adapt layouts to your specific KPIs.

Security and compliance

8. How does WrxFlo handle sensitive operational and business data?

WrxFlo follows industry‑standard security practices and aligns with European data protection requirements, including GDPR. We apply strict access controls, encryption, and secure development practices to protect customer data throughout its lifecycle

9. Is WrxFlo suitable for industries with strict security requirements?

WrxFlo is used by organisations in regulated and highly sensitive environments and can be configured to meet stringent security and governance requirements. We work with your security and compliance teams to align deployment, access control, and data‑handling approaches with your internal policies and any relevant regulations.

Support and collaboration

10. What does your support process look like?

Our support team provides assistance for incidents, questions, and minor enhancements within agreed service levels, typically responding within one business day. We also offer proactive monitoring, regular health checks, and scheduled updates so the platform continues to perform reliably as your operations evolve.

11. How do you work with our internal teams during implementation?

We collaborate closely with your stakeholders through the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, implementation, testing, and go‑live. This usually involves regular project check‑ins, requirement workshops, technical sessions with your IT team, and a dedicated point of contact to coordinate activities and address questions.

12. How are updates and new features delivered?

For cloud deployments, updates and new features are rolled out in a controlled manner, with advance notice and release notes so your teams can prepare. For on‑premise or hybrid deployments, we agree an update schedule with your IT team to align with your change‑management processes.

13. Do I need to implement all WrxFlo modules at once?

No. You can start with a focused set of modules or use cases that deliver the fastest return, and then extend the platform over time. This phased approach reduces risk, makes change management easier, and allows you to capture quick wins while building a long‑term roadmap.

14. How long does a typical implementation take?

Implementation timelines depend on scope and complexity, but most initial deployments run from a few weeks to a few months. During the discovery phase, we define a clear plan with milestones, responsibilities, and an achievable go‑live date based on your objectives and constraints.

How can my company start its digital journey with WrxFlo?

Starting a digital journey with WrxFlo involves understanding the goals and objectives of the business. The process begins by assessing what the company wants to achieve, whether it's cost reduction, quality improvement, business growth, or expansion. The next step is to analyse the current process flow and data flow to determine the ideal future state. This is done by mapping out what success looks like and breaking it down into manageable projects. WrxFlo aims to make the transition to digitalisation seamless for clients. They take care of the technical aspects and create a plan that is simple and easy to understand. For example, they automate reports for procurement, plan materials, and provide a digital factory that streamlines job completion. Clients don't need to worry about the technical details as WrxFlo handles all of that as part of their partnership. In terms of starting a digital journey again, involving more team members would be beneficial for sustainability and success. Building a strong team is crucial as they are the ones who will ultimately drive the business forward. WrxFlo offers a comprehensive approach to help companies begin their digital journey. They provide a high-level plan within one day and guide clients through each step of the process, ensuring a smooth transition into the digital realm.

I have a multitude of systems, built up overtime that don’t interact with each other which is driving our team to draw a lot of data manually to try and get the right data out of the system. Can Wrxflo help?

Yes, our program has four phases that will connect your business systems and transform it to one usable system using the Wrxflo platform as your interface. So, you now have multiple systems connected and feeding into a single source of truth for your business. 

We have a global system, but can WrxFlo work on a local level?

Yes, Wrxflo can connect systems locally too, just for your site to start off with. We can tailor our solutions to meet your needs. 

My team spends a lot of time at meetings and even more time pulling together data for those meetings. Can Wrxflo help?

Yes, Wrxflo can help you remove this roadblock and get the data that you need at a click of a button. Connecting your business systems which can benefit your business in countless ways. Improving efficiencies, cost, and many non-productive hours, that your team spends on generating data, for various reports and meetings, across your business which enable decision making.  

My ERP is 25 years old. Can you connect to that?

We have many businesses who have old ERP systems that we have connected to successfully. We will review your system structure and if the backend tables are structured well and are fit for future growth, then we can use that data and WrxFlo can act as the interface to your system. 

Do I need to buy all the WrxFlo solutions to use the Platform?

No. We offer ten different solutions for businesses that are missing functionality. If you already have a solution, and it’s fit for purpose, we will not replace it, we will utilise it. If we can remove systems to improve efficiency and cost, we will advise you on the best approach. 

Do you only have cloud solutions or have you an on-premise solution also?

90% of the businesses we deal with want their data in a secure, encrypted solution on the cloud. 10% of the businesses may want their data held on-premise. We can solution both. 

Are you a SaaS Provider or a solutions provider?

We are a SaaS Provider who is a company who provides solutions. We have worked in the supply chain for most of our careers and have engineered solutions. We know the technology but know the process also, which makes us different to your other providers. We operate a partnership approach with our clients to help them solve and overcome the most difficult challenges through innovative solutions. If you have a problem in your supply chain, our teams can work together to physically build a software solution tailored to your business and needs. 

What supply chain solutions do you offer?

What is your process once we get in touch with WrxFlo?

We will have a discovery call to understand your challenges. We will then come to your site and have a solution meeting where we will do a high-level process and data map of the “AS IS” and where your business wants to get to. We will speak to your team more in-depth about your challenges. We will then review the plan which we will break down into small projects and we provide a proposal.  The business decides where we go from there. We like to start with a small project, you get to know us, and we get to know you as we want to realise value early. Each project will have a defined return and we take each project step by step.  

How do you kick off a project?

We use a people, process, technology framework. We speak to the end users to understand their challenges and how they will use the system. For each software development project, a wireframe is drawn up that will have the look and feel of the end-product so the user can see it before its developed.  

For each data project, the user shows us what they want. If they don’t know which happens a lot, we show them from our experience what could work for them. It is usually about 90% and the user has can advise us to refine what they want the end-product to look like. We ensure our customers are always happy!   

How long does the process take?

For data projects, the duration can vary from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the project's size. Software projects tend to take a bit longer due to development or configuration needs. Small to medium-sized projects typically take around four weeks, while larger projects can span two to three months.

Is the software licensed?

Yes, the software is licensed. WrxFlo operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, hosting data and providing software services.

Do you have the ability to write data into systems or just read it?

We have the capability to both read and write data. Approximately 70% of the data is read, and around 30% is written back into systems, depending on client requirements. Writing data back into systems serves the purpose of expediting the integration of data into existing systems, ensuring that the information our clients work with is more up-to-date and real-time. This practice significantly enhances the value derived from the data, as having more live data adds greater value to our clients.
