Visualising performance and automating accountability
By connecting all of this pharmaceutical clients’ systems and devices, we visualised process performance of any device. This transformed the client’s production meetings, allowing workers to participate remotely from any of their sites. We also automated accountability, capturing all production meeting actions on their WrxFlo platform, giving full accountability for addressing process issues.
