JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Position: International Business Development Manager:
WrxFlo is a leading software solutions company that specializes in optimizing supply chain operations by connecting multiple data sources. We are looking for a senior leadership team member to join us as the Business Development manager to join our team and drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. This role is based out of Ireland but will require 50% travel to locations across Ireland and globally once we expand into Europe, USA, UK, and China, attending business forums, and networking with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in international markets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the supply chain industry.
- Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and communicate the value of our offering to key decision makers.
- Work with the potential client on the commercials
- Manage and progress the sales pipeline through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Work with potential clients on the commercials and contracts
- Travel to meet with clients and attend business forums.
- Develop partnerships for Wrxflo in international waters.
- Meet & exceed monthly and quarterly Sales and Margin targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Experience selling software solutions or technology products to enterprise-level clients.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations. An added benefit would be to have worked in a supply chain/ manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Important: Willingness to travel globally to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred)
