Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts across the Ireland and UK markets. You will be responsible for engaging with qualified leads, initiating compelling conversations, and booking high-quality discovery meetings with operations and C-suite decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow-ups to targeted prospects across the UK and Ireland.
  • Engage in thoughtful, well-informed conversations to identify business needs and spark interest in WrxFlo’s solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set appointments for Account Executives.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage prospecting workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and lead engagement strategy.
  • Provide regular feedback from prospects to improve our sales approach and product-market fit.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Strong verbal communication and clear pronunciation suited to the UK and Irish markets.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead nurturing, and pipeline generation.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, logistics, or operational technology environments.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and structured follow-through.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
