The Role

As an SMB Implementation Project Manager, you will lead onboarding and delivery for MedTech and industrial manufacturing customers, guiding them from kickoff through go-live quickly and effectively.

This is a manufacturing-first role. You will work directly with plant managers, supervisors, operators, and quality teams to deploy MES workflows that support real production constraints, traceability requirements, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end MES implementations for SMB MedTech and industrial manufacturers
• Run discovery workshops with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams
• Translate shop-floor processes into structured digital workflows inside WrxFlo
• Configure key MES modules such as:
  • Digital Work Instructions
  • Quality & Non-Conformance Tracking
  • Traceability & Lot/Batch Genealogy
  • Downtime & Production Reporting
• Support adoption across frontline manufacturing teams, not just IT stakeholders
• Coordinate lightweight integrations with ERP and reporting tools where needed
• Manage rapid onboarding cycles with clear milestones and customer communication
• Identify risks early (compliance, process gaps, adoption barriers) and resolve quickly
• Build scalable implementation playbooks tailored to regulated and industrial environments

What We’re Looking For (Strong Manufacturing Bias)

We strongly prefer candidates with direct experience in:

• MedTech manufacturing environments (traceability, quality systems, regulated production)
• Industrial operations (high-throughput production, uptime-critical workflows)
• Working closely with shop-floor teams, supervisors, and quality personnel
• Understanding how production and compliance requirements intersect in real factories

Required Experience

• 3+ years delivering projects in manufacturing, industrial technology, or operations-focused SaaS
• Customer-facing implementation or operational delivery experience
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality systems, and traceability
• Comfortable engaging directly with plant-floor stakeholders
• Practical, action-oriented delivery mindset

Nice to Have

• Exposure to MES, ERP, SCADA, or manufacturing systems
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or regulated manufacturing expectations
• Lean / Continuous Improvement background
• Tools: Jira, Asana, HubSpot, Intercom
