We work with operators, supervisors, quality teams and executives to improve traceability, visibility, performance and decision-making across the factory and supply chain.

The Role

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager based in the UK to lead client engagement, solution design and implementation of end-to-end digitalisation initiatives. This is a commercially aware, client-facing role. You will guide customers from early discovery and proposal development through implementation, adoption and long-term value realisation. You will work across our UK customer base, supporting existing clients and helping expand our regional presence.

What You Will Do

• Work directly with clients to define user requirements across operations, quality, production and management
• Support the development of proposals, including clear value articulation and return on investment
• Design practical digital solutions that connect ERP systems, WrxFlo modules and other tools within the customer ecosystem
• Lead full implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Engage stakeholders from shop-floor operators to senior executives
• Develop structured change management and adoption roadmaps
• Ensure delivered solutions create measurable operational impact
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across the UK
• Support growth of the UK customer base through strong relationship management

What We Are Looking For

Required Experience

• 3+ years delivering projects in manufacturing, industrial technology or operations-focused SaaS
• Experience working directly with production teams and senior leadership
• Strong understanding of ERP environments and operational workflows
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured digital solutions
• Practical project management experience with full lifecycle delivery
• Comfortable working on-site with customers

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in industrial or regulated manufacturing environments
• Exposure to ERP, MES or production systems
• Experience building business cases or demonstrating ROI
• Structured change management experience
