At the moment, there are three programmes available:
The Digitalisation programme provides cost reductions allowing digitalisation targets to be achieved. It provides a Lean consultancy fee for up to €900.00 per day, client project costs for up to €6,300 per project and an IDA Support of €5,000.00.
The Digitalisation LeanPlus programme is suitable for improving the digitalisation culture and Lean Techniques of companies. The lean and specialist fees can cover up to €900.00 per day and can cover up to 33.3% of the total cost of a Lean Internal Champion programme. In terms of Client Project costs this funding can cover up to 60k. The IDA funding under this initiative can cover up to 30k.
The Digitalisation Lean Transform programme supports a companywide transformation in culture and performance, business improvements and productivity across the supply chain. The eligible costs include training fees for up to €900.00 per day, projects for up to €100K and decision support from the IDA of financial support for the Project, Potential employment, sales growth and productivity gains.
