WrxFlo has won a new contract with a global distribution company that is aiming to digitalize its entire operations.
This project is with a global leader in accessories and technologies that empower mobile lifestyles. They manufacture and distribute screen protection, power management solutions, mobile keyboards, cases, and personal audio. However, they manage and transport their items internationally through third-party logistics suppliers.
They initially approached WrxFlo regarding the lack of clear visibility on their stock levels and the value of stock across the business. Reports, KPIs and business insights were challenging to produce due to having multiple source data points, several varied formats and disconnection in their data points.
Like many other companies, they heavily relied on manually extracting data from several excel sheets, CSV files and web applications. However, this can be extremely time-consuming as it could take days to generate a simple report and verify the information in a presentable format. The reports that are finally generated represent only a snapshot of a period in time that could have been from several weeks ago, making it difficult to produce deeper levels of analytics and insights
The WrxFlo team are very excited about this new project as it allows us to showcase our expertise and help another global company in their digital transformation journey.
The next step for WrxFlo will be to create a new application where all the data will be stored through WrxFlo’s Microsoft Azure. After this project is completed, this company will have access to reports via a secure HTTPS weblink using a simple username and password.
WrxFlo features will include real-time KPIs and insights, tiered levels of user access, a customer support module, an easy-to-use data capture form builder and no administration requirement, the system will be fully automated.
The expected results from this project will be an entirely new suite of data and insights into this company’s stock valuations through one application. WrxFlo aims to remove all the manual steps involved in the extraction of data so that they can analyse data and trends week on week and month on month with a simple click of a button
