Since its launch in 2019, WrxFlo has continued to grow and expand as a business to several parts of the world. It has tripled its client base, won the tech start-up award of the year and is on track to double its revenue by the end of 2022.
With its growth, comes new businesses and most recently, WrxFlo has won over a new contract with a multinational logistics and distribution company! This company operates in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Europe, and has over 100 years of combined freight forwarding, hazardous commodities, transportation, and import/export documentation experience. However, they struggle with limited visibility across their systems.
Like many other multinationals, this company has insufficient coordination across their systems. With currently two business systems in place, one for managing orders and the other to track their trucks; extracting KPI data to analyse business performance from both is challenging. There are difficulties with receiving the correct up-to-date data, and anomalies are often missed due to the lack of real-time data insights. This company also found it difficult to track an order through to completion due to a lack of real-time visibility.
To tackle the issues faced by this international logistics company, the WrxFlo team are working on a variety of solutions:
“We are creating a suite of real-time metrics that will connect both applications and allow the company to extract KPI data to measure their overall performance. This will address any gaps the old system presented and allows for proactive solutions to address any issues encountered in the day-to-day operations.” – said Tim Crowe, CEO of WrxFlo.
This project’s intended outcome includes greater productivity and effectiveness throughout the organization. They will be able to predict impending issues and generate reports on truck maintenance and breakdowns in real-time. The WrxFlo platform will also evaluate truck and driver performance, which saves time and total operational costs because corrective measures can be implemented before issues arise.
With the addition of the WrxFlo mobile app, they can also track their real-time KPI performance updates and receive any alerts and action management before it is too late.
“We built WrxFlo to deliver value from real-time data that we wish we had when we built and managed global operation facilities” – said Crowe.
During the course of this project, WrxFlo aims to have no disruptions in the daily running of their day-to-day operations and intends to provide this multinational company with a greater level of process efficiency upon its completion.
