While working with existing clients, the WrxFlo team found there was no off-the-shelf solution that offered a full overview of manufacturing operations. Utilising design thinking, the WrxFlo team created the prototype Operator Screen in conjunction with an Irish-based manufacturing client. Working with the client and all their employees, the WrxFlo design team created an all-in-one solution that reduces waste and allows the operator to work more effectively.
This brought the client from being an analogue company in 2020 to have a “digital twin” in 2022, that is efficient measurable and actionable.

The solution can be configured for operators at every level, giving managers an overview of production schedules and metrics, and giving individual operators all the information they need to complete their line tasks.
Line operators have an interactive screen with all of their metrics, targets, tools and other information needed for the task at hand.
This information can range from daily production targets to specific manufacturing diagrams and an outline of tools needed for every step of production. Reducing the need for additional notes and systems, the Operator Screen improves efficiency, cuts down on paper waste and improves employee satisfaction.
The operator can use the Operator Screen as their digital instruction. Each operator’s cell is connected and all their data is aggregated for the factory floor supervisor. For managers, simple colour coding goes from green to red, clearly indicating when a line is not hitting its metrics, highlighting potential problems and allowing them to be resolved ahead of missed targets.
