
WrxFlo is delighted to be attending the The Mid-West Lean Network’s fourth workshop, which will take place on Wednesday October 5th in Takumi Precision Engineering, Raheen Business Park, Co. Limerick. The topic is: Digital Lean. Donal Galligan, Takumi CEO, will speak on their digital transformation journey and present on the increased efficiencies and productivity that arose from this process for their customers.
Tim Crowe, WrxFlo CEO and Martin Egan, Managing Director of Bijur Delimon International will replay the journey of how Bijur implemented lean and digital solutions to transform their business using WrxFlo’s Software Platform. They will discuss how modern the business has become, and how Bijur required the implementation of a system that provided better data technology and enabled ease of interpretation of the data, for all employees.

The Mid-West Lean Network: the second largest regional lean network in Ireland, after Waterford Institute of Technology’s Lean Enterprise Excellence Group, launched in November, was set up to strengthen and increase the existing culture of lean within the Shannon and the wider Mid-West region. Its aim is to enable each industry to broaden and strengthen their competitiveness through knowledge sharing and benchmarking against each other and different industries.
