Last week, Wrxflo had the fantastic opportunity to visit Munster Technological University (MTU), and engage in discussions about Supply Chain optimisation solutions and the significance of data. Tim Crowe, CEO & Co-Founder of WrxFlo, delivered an insightful lecture on ‘The importance of Visual Management in Operational Excellence’ to engineering students.
Our main aim during the visit was to demonstrate to a group of talented Engineering Students from MTU how these concepts are applied in real-world industry settings. We showcased the practical implementation of data-driven strategies and highlighted the invaluable role that data plays in enhancing business operations and delivering tangible value.
It was a pleasure for us to bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing the students with firsthand insights into how the theoretical knowledge they acquire is translated into practical applications within various industries.
