We are hiring a Customer Success Leader (Player / Coach) to own the post-sales journey at the most important moment in the company’s history: the transition from successful implementations to a repeatable, value-driven growth engine.
The Market You’ll Help Quantify
- The global supply chain analytics market is projected to exceed $20–30bn by 2032-34.
- WrxFlo sits in the white space ERP vendors cannot solve, providing the “Last Mile” of operational intelligence.
- We don’t just sell software; we deliver measurable financial impact. Your job is to prove it, capture it, and scale it.
The Role (Value First. Builder Always.)
For the next 12–18 months, you will be the architect of outcomes:
- Personally, leading the strategic success of our flagship enterprise accounts.
- Designing the playbook that turns “Go-Live” into “Expansion” across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
- Bridging the gap between technical deployment and C-Suite ROI.
If you are a consultant at heart who loves the factory floor but commands the boardroom , this is that role.
What You’ll Own
🚀 Enterprise Value Realization
- Full ownership of the post-implementation journey for high-value accounts.
- Conducting face-to-face deep dives to identify, calculate, and capture the monetary value created by WrxFlo.
- Turning technical milestones into “Bottom Line” impact reports for COOs and CFOs.
🧠 The Success Machine
- Build a repeatable Customer Success Playbook (Onboarding, QBRs, Health Scoring).
- Move the function from reactive support to proactive, Lean-driven strategic consulting.
- Implement a “Value-First” renewal process that makes churn unthinkable.
🧩 Lean Operational Excellence
- Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to ensure our software isn’t just a tool, but a catalyst for process transformation.
- Work at the intersection of shop-floor reality and digital efficiency.
📈 Expansion & Net Retention
- Identify horizontal and vertical expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales to drive upsells based on proven ROI, not just “more seats.”
- Own the Net Retention Rate (NRR) — the ultimate metric of our company’s health.

- Define the hiring bar for future CS Managers and Technical Account Managers.
- Build the frameworks for onboarding and coaching the next generation of WrxFlo Success leaders.
